SMS Messaging Program & Opt-In

Program Overview

Netix Solutions, LLC operates a customer-care SMS (text message) program for people who contact our support line and ask us to text them information. Through this program we send only the information an individual specifically requested during their call — for example, product pricing, a sign-up or information link, or the status of their account — across Netix Solutions and its products (including Summer Sharp, Community Websites, and Netix Ops). This is an informational, customer-care program; it is not used for promotional or third-party marketing.

How You Opt In (Consent)

We obtain your express consent directly from you, by phone, before we send any text message:

1. You call our published support line at (813) 212-4515 (or another Netix product support number) — you initiate the call.
2. During the recorded call, after we answer your question, our representative asks for your permission to text you, in words such as: “Can I text that information to this number? Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.”
3. You verbally confirm your mobile number and agree to receive that text. Your consent is recorded and logged with the date, time, and call recording.
4. We then send a single text message containing only the information you requested.

We do not add anyone to texting without this express, call-based consent, and we do not text people who have not asked us to. There is no purchase required, and consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency, Rates & How to Stop

• Message frequency varies and is based on your requests and interactions with us.
• Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (813) 212-4515 or email@netixsolutions.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your Privacy

We do not share or sell your SMS opt-in consent or mobile phone number to any third parties, and we do not use them for third-party marketing. Mobile information collected for text messaging is used solely to deliver the messages you requested and to respond to your inquiries.
